More than two months after the sudden death of her close friend and hairstylist Jesus Guerrero, Kylie Jenner is still grappling with profound grief.
The 27-year-old reality star took to Instagram Stories Saturday to share an emotional throwback video of the pair, captioning it: “I thought I could get through today without crying, but the ache of missing you hit all over again.”
Jenner, who privately covered funeral expenses and arranged for Guerrero’s body to be transported from Los Angeles to his native Texas, confessed the pain hasn’t eased with time. “Grief isn’t getting easier…I’m only getting lonelier,” she wrote, directly addressing her late friend: “Why aren’t you here? Every first without you hurts [so much].”
Guerrero, who died “very suddenly” in February at 34, had reportedly been battling undisclosed health issues—including gastritis, drastic weight loss, and temperature fluctuations—for months prior.
His sister Gris confirmed to that while the exact cause remains unknown, Jenner and other A-list clients like Jennifer Lopez and Katy Perry (who ensured privacy for the family) showed immense support during the Houston memorial services.
The tribute highlights the deep bond between celebrity and stylist—one that transcended professional ties and left Jenner navigating an emotional journey very much in the public eye.
