Despite the progressive neurodegenerative condition that affects nerve cells and muscle control, Dane remains committed to his craft. He confirmed he’ll begin filming the new season of HBO’s “Euphoria” next week as production starts Monday.

The diagnosis comes amid significant personal developments – his wife Rebecca Gayheart recently moved to dismiss their 2018 divorce petition after 14 years of marriage.

ALS, which currently has no cure, progressively weakens muscles and impacts physical function. Dane’s decision to continue working highlights his determination as he manages the condition.
