Fans were sent into a frenzy Sunday when eagle-eyed social media users noticed Hailey Bieber had unfollowed her husband, Justin Bieber, on Instagram. The move came just hours after the “Peaches” singer raised eyebrows with a concerning late-night livestream in which he appeared shirtless and disoriented while rapping explicit lyrics.
In the since-deleted clip, Justin, 31, swayed noticeably with droopy eyelids as he mouthed the words “You just a little bitty bitch, for sure” to an unknown track. While Justin still follows his 28-year-old wife’s account, her unfollowing him has reignited speculation about trouble in their nearly six-year marriage.
A source tells Page Six there may be a technical explanation, claiming a “Meta glitch” occurred after Justin “deactivated and then reactivated his account.” Representatives for both stars and Meta (Instagram’s parent company) have not responded to requests for comment.
This isn’t the first time the couple’s Instagram activity has sparked breakup rumors. In January, Justin briefly unfollowed Hailey before claiming on his Story that “someone” had unfollowed her from his account, writing cryptically: “S–t is getting suss out here.”
The latest social media drama comes amid an emotional period for the couple, who have been open about working through challenges in their relationship. Hailey recently revealed on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast that they underwent “serious” marriage counseling early on, while Justin has been candid about his mental health struggles.
Neither has publicly addressed the current situation, leaving fans to speculate whether this is another technical glitch or a sign of deeper issues in one of Hollywood’s most-watched marriages.
