Craig Conover has officially moved on to a new relationship nearly five months after his breakup from Paige DeSorbo. The Southern Charm star confirmed his romantic status during a March 27 appearance on Watch What Happens Live, telling host Andy Cohen that he’s happily and exclusively dating someone new – though he’s keeping her identity under wraps for now.
Conover made it clear this isn’t a fling, explaining his dating approach: “When I date, I tend to date only one person at a time.” He also shot down speculation about dating co-star Salley Carson, despite her previous comments about their “open door.” The 35-year-old reality star reflected philosophically on the split, saying “the universe works in crazy ways” and “everything happens for a reason.”
The breakup with DeSorbo, his Summer House counterpart, came after three years together – a relationship length that’s become a pattern for Conover, who also dated Naomie Olindo for nearly three years. The couple ultimately split due to differing life goals, with Conover ready to settle down in Charleston while DeSorbo focused on her Giggly Squad podcast based in New York.
Since the November 2024 split, both have openly discussed the relationship’s challenges on Bravo aftershows, with DeSorbo admitting their communication struggles and Conover joking about his “three-year itch” curse. Now with a fresh start, the Sewing Down South founder seems optimistic about this next chapter while respecting his new partner’s privacy.
