McKee made the surprise announcement by telling Barrymore, “No one knows I’m pregnant, but I am.” The host reacted with delighted shock, whispering, “So you’re going to have twins?” as she covered her mouth in excitement. McKee nodded in confirmation, responding, “There’s two in there.” Barrymore enthusiastically repeated the news before praising McKee’s journey, saying, “And you met a wonderful man, and you want to share this experience with him. He is consistency, and he’s been solid for two years. Josh and I were together for 10 years, and I can’t even tell you a month that my kids had something that was solid.”
