Luke Combs Opens Up About Living with Pure O ‘OCD’

Country music star Luke Combs has opened up about his lifelong struggle with purely obsessional obsessive-compulsive disorder (Pure O OCD) in a candid interview with 60 Minutes Australia.

The 35-year-old singer, who has dealt with the condition since he was 12, described how intrusive, unwanted thoughts trigger stress and anxiety, creating a relentless cycle.

He hopes to use his platform to support others, especially young people, who face similar struggles, emphasizing that it’s possible to live a successful and fulfilling life while managing mental health challenges.
