Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane appear to be giving their relationship another chance. On March 6, the Beverly Hills, 90210 star filed court documents to dismiss her divorce from the Euphoria actor, according to legal records.
A Family Centered Case Resolution conference has been scheduled for March 10 to address the matter.
The couple, who married in 2004, initially filed for divorce in 2018. However, since then, they’ve been spotted spending time together as a family, sharing dinners, vacations, and outings with their two daughters, Billie Beatrice Dane, 15, and Georgia Geraldine Dane, 13. Both parents have sought joint physical and legal custody of their children throughout the divorce proceedings.
Rumors of a reconciliation began swirling in January 2023 when Rebecca, 53, and Eric, 52, were photographed holding hands during a family trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
However, speculation cooled off in November 2023 when Eric was seen dining in Los Angeles with Priya Jain, 27. The two were photographed together again in January and February 2024, though neither Eric nor Priya commented on the nature of their relationship.
Despite the rumors, Rebecca has remained focused on co-parenting and raising their daughters. In a July 2023 interview with E! News, she shared an update on their children, praising them for making her job as a mom easier. “They are making it easy on me so far,” she said, joking, “But I should knock on some wood. Do we have any wood anywhere?”
Rebecca also spoke about their eldest daughter, Billie, who has recently made appearances on the red carpet. “She’s a teenager, she’s starting high school next year. She’s just a good girl, I have to say,” Rebecca shared. Reflecting on her own career, she added, “I took a decade off from working to be home with my kids. They’re like, ‘But what do you do, mom?’ And I’m like, ‘OK, I need to show them what I do.'”
