A divorce settlement has been reached between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
TMZ said after studying court documents that the deal includes topics pertaining to child custody, support, and property distribution, with Kim obtaining $200,000 in child support.
West and Kardashian have agreed to share joint custody of their four children, North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three. Each parent will have “equal access” to all of their children.
According to sources close to the situation, TMZ has learned that Kardashian will get primary custody of the children.
According to the provisions of the agreement, West will be liable for contributing fifty percent of the costs associated with the children’s education and protection.
According to the publication, West and Kardashian have discussed the possibility of attending mediation in the event that they reach a parenting agreement.
In the event that one of the parents is unable to attend the session, the other parent who is there will be the one to decide how to proceed with the matter at issue.
On the first of every month, the monthly payment of $200,000 must be sent into Kim’s bank account by wire transfer.
