Kanye West Threatens to “Destroy” FKA Twigs Over North West’s Cameo in Music Video

Kanye West has ignited controversy yet again, this time targeting singer FKA Twigs for featuring his 10-year-old daughter, North West, in her recently released song “Childlike Things.” The rapper, who has repeatedly expressed frustration over his lack of control in his children’s lives, took to social media with a fiery threat: “Twigs, you gotta apologize and don’t play with my kids. I will make it my sole purpose to destroy you.”

North’s appearance in the video includes a brief Japanese rap verse praising her faith: “Hello, my name is North-chan / From California to Tokyo / Jesus, the King / Praise the Lord.” While the cameo seemed harmless, West’s aggressive response has drawn sharp backlash.

Critics slammed his rhetoric as unhinged, with one X user demanding intervention: “Threatening someone’s life should not be taken lightly. Get this man in a mental hospital or jail.” Others called out his hypocrisy, referencing his recent plans to host misogynist influencer Andrew Tate the same day he requested visitation with North.

The outburst adds to West’s erratic public behavior, including regretful comments about co-parenting with ex-wife Kim Kardashian and bizarre claims that he “should’ve had babies” with Paris Hilton. As custody tensions simmer, the incident raises questions about boundaries—and whether West’s protective stance crosses into dangerous territory.
